We'll post information here about College of Mt. St. Joseph (MSJ) policies dealing with our course and the trip. Note: The legal age for drinking in Japan is 20 years of age, one year earlier than in the USA. MSJ follows the laws of the country we are visiting. While we are in Japan, students who are 20 years old will be allowed to drink alcohol if they purchase it. Please talk to your student about responsible drinking. The College of Mt. St. Joseph requires that all students participating in an overseas trip sign a Release of Liability and Medical Authorization Form. You may read them here: MSJ Release and Authorization(PDF, 70kb) The instructors for the course, Dr. Jennifer Morris, Helen Rindsberg and Stephen Rindsberg, have developed a positive code of behavior to guide all our actions so that we have a safe and fruitful learning experience.
