TOMATTE is the polite imperative form.
TOMARE is more abrupt. Better do what it says. NOW.

The kanji for IKU can also be read YUKI, meaning "bound for" … you’ll see that on train schedules/schedule boards in stations.

MAGARU = turn
MIGI NI MAGATTE = turn right
NI = toward/to
MAGATTE = the imperative (ie, DO THIS) form of the verb MAGARU
